DSD Freebie, 2 awards and a sneak peek at my next kit

I just found out that tomorrow is Digital Scrapbooking Day! Everyone is giving out freebies and I just had to jump on that bandwagon. I made this cute little snowman almost a year ago when I first started dabbling in designing tagger kits. He's been sitting in a file collecting dust ever since. Poor guy! Since he was so tiny, I added a frame and now I think he's worthy of being my next give-away. I hope this little guy will find his way into some of your winter layouts. Enjoy!

I also won 2 more awards! (Actually , it's the same award, but from 2 different people.)

Thank you so much to Adrienne at Le Pengouin Designs and to Colleen of Colleen's Scraps!!! I'm honored! Now, I have to find time to do my homework and pass this on to some blogs that I really like. :o)

The last thing I wanted to share was a sneak peek at one of the elements from the kit I'm working on now. It's called "Cookies for Santa". I hope to have it out in plenty of time for Christmas!
As always, thank you for stopping by!

Elephants never forget

Hello all! It's been a while since I've posted a freebie and I didn't want you to forget about me, so I decided to give you my elephant as a reminder that I'm still here. It does match all the other elements of my "Squeaky Clean" bath kit, so I hope a few of you will find use for it. She's awfully cute!

I also fixed the broken links to my Halloween kit. It looks like a few people have already figured that out. :o)

Lastly, I wanted to share this beautiful layout Spatz made using my Pumpkin Pie Spice kit! Keep showing me what you've done! I really love to see it!

Thanks for stopping by!

Fun stuff!

I won an award!!! Thank you Kyra of With a Russian/Dutch Heat Designs, for bestowing upon me the "I love your blog" award! It's my first award ever and I'm very honored and thrilled!

Now I need to pass this award on to 7 blogs that I love. I will have to decide who to give it to and post those later.

I also wanted to share a couple of things that people have created using my "Witch's Wart" kit.

Here is a layout made by Karen Shelly of her adorable little grandson.

Check out this cute tagger made for me by Natasha Farquhar!
Thank you so much for sharing these with me ladies! I always love seeing what people have done with my kits!

The last thing that I wanted to mention is that I understand some people were having problems with the round frame file on my "Witch's Warts". I'm so sorry about that! If you still need the frame, you can download it separately here.

Thank you for reading!

Blog Train Freebie!

Thank you all for the incredible response to my Halloween freebie! My mouth actually hurts from smiling so much and I'm experiencing an adrenaline high! You've made me feel fantastic!

I understand there is a problem with the frame file. I will post a direct link to the frame as soon as I get the chance. I also want to post some things that a few of you have made with my kit!

But this post is about the blog train! Together, my friends and I have created a huge fall-themed mega kit in the rich, beautiful colors of Autumn! Ride the train to each member's website to collect all the pieces. We all hope you will love "Pumpkin Pie Spice". Here is my contribution.

Click the preview to download the full-sized kit and click here for the tagger-sized version.

Here is a list of all the bloggers in the blog train. Unfortunately, we have had some technical difficulties on the site where we all post together. Consequently, we've had trouble coordinating everything. Some of the ladies may not have their parts up quite yet, but they will all be up some time today. Sorry about that! Please be sure to visit them all and keep checking back if they aren't up yet. Everyone has worked so hard putting this together for you. Enjoy!

Hallowen Freebie!!!

My hubby was out-of-town this weekend taking a huge test for his job. (He did GREAT! Yay!) Anyway, my mother-in-law took the kids for the weekend, so I had the house all to myself! Woo hoo! Precious and rare alone time! I used it to finish up my Halloween kit.

I decided to name it "Witch's Warts" since I came across another kit called "Witch's Brew". In includes:
  • 17 papers (One of the solids isn't shown in the preview)
  • 2 frames
  • 4 different colors of ric rac
  • 1 witch
  • 1 black cat
  • 1 spider
  • 1 web
  • 2 purple swirls
  • 1 star
  • 1 page border
  • alpha
It's available both as a full-sized kit and in tagger size. I have separate previews of the paper and elements because I couldn't find a way to arrange them neatly and have everything shown in one preview. However, I don't have the papers and elements available as separate downloads.

Here is a close up of the some of the detail that you can't see in the regular preview.

I had a fantastic response to my first kit and I hope you all like this one just as much! Please e-mail me pages that you create with either of my kits because I would love to see what you do with them! With your permission I may even post some of them here on my blog. Send them to maninthemoondesigns@yahoo.com.

Oh, and check back here on Wednesday, October 1st because there will be a blog train pulling into town! Some of my friends and I have put together some beautiful coordinating fall kits that we've entitled "Pumpkin Pie Spice". Here's a preview of the color palette.

Thanks for visiting and I hope you come back again soon!

Thank you!!!

I want to thank everyone who downloaded my first kit and especially to those who left such wonderful comments! You've made me feel so great!

There were several requests for the elephant. I feel a bit like an orge, but I'm not going to give that out just yet. I really want to work it into a new kit. Plus, this way, you'll have to keep checking back to get it. ;o)

I also wanted to give you a little preview of the kit I'm currently working on. It's a Halloween kit that I'm thinking about titling "Witches Brew". I'm hoping to finish it this weekend. Here's my little witchy poo!

Welcome to my new blog!

Hello, everyone! My name is Rochelle. I've recently started making my own digital scrapbook kits and I decided to put up a blog so that I can share them with you.

My first kit is called Squeaky Clean. My inspiration was a picture of my silly 2 year old daughter, Ren. I created this kit to make a signature for a message board that I frequent. Have a look!

The elephant didn't make it into the kit. I just didn't think it fit. I hung onto it it though, so look for it in a future kit.

Now on to my my first freebie. It includes 7 papers (one isn't shown in the preview), 2 square frames and 1 cluster frame, and 9 stickers. I know it's a small kit. If you have suggestions for other elements, I will consider making an add-on kit.

This is available as a full-sized kit and in tagger size. I hope you like it!

Click the preview to download the full-sized kit or download the tagger size here. Enjoy!
